This outlook on life probably influences what I say or do for people as well as how I care for the environment.
Because of My strengths, I rely on my awareness of others’ feelings, thoughts, and needs to guide I into and through partnerships. I consider various ways to initiate, nurture, and sustain the linkages between individuals and groups. I bring people together. I help them discover reasons to cooperate and support one another.
Chances are good that I bring a much more optimistic perspective to life than many people do. Why? I feel closely linked to other members of the human family. Knowing I am not alone in my sufferings or joys fortifies me.
Driven by my talents, I feel wonderful about life, especially when I become a link between individuals or groups. Many people would not have known one another if I had not stepped into their lives.
Instinctively, I often are the one who helps people understand how they are linked across time, distance, race, ethnicity, religion, economic levels, languages, or cultures. I make it possible for individuals to work together. I aim to break down barriers that separate them.

Because of my strengths, I have the extra energy to work hard whenever I am acquiring information to broaden my base of knowledge. I desire to deepen my understanding of various topics, opportunities, problems, solutions, situations, events, or people.
Instinctively, I concentrate for extended periods of time. This is one reason why I ultimately master skills and grasp concepts.
Driven by my talents, I enjoy sharing my point of view with individuals who ask, “What do you think?” When I am familiar with the topic, problem, or people involved, I am quite comfortable expressing myself. Otherwise, I set out to discover the facts and weigh them with care before speaking my mind — that is, giving advice or openly stating my ideas.
It’s very likely that I usually equate education — formal and informal — with understanding more about something today than I understood about it yesterday.
By nature, I desire to take in additional facts, data, or background information. These insights probably permit I to assist others whenever the opportunity presents itself.
I love to learn, and I intuitively know how I learn best. My natural ability to pick up and absorb information quickly and to challenge myself to continually learn more keeps I on the cutting edge.

By nature, I usually look forward to social events. Meeting and greeting lots of people delights me. The more I interact with these individuals, the more enthusiastic I are apt to be about life.
Because of my strengths, I cheer up people by telling jokes and funny stories. my comedic flair and my clever wit often evoke laughter. I can make others smile regardless of the circumstances.
It’s very likely that I regularly pause to envision what I want to accomplish in the coming months, years, or decades. I think in terms of possibilities. This allows I to recover from setbacks, problems, disappointments, or even disasters. People are apt to marvel at my ability to remain upbeat in the face of life’s difficulties and unpredictability.
Instinctively, I may allow myself to become emotionally attached to people. I might see the good in individuals and choose to overlook their flaws or mistakes. Perhaps the fondness I show toward others endears I to many of them.

MY WOO
I enjoy the companionship of others and relish social activities. I am apt to be the person who moves around the room getting acquainted and reacquainted with people. I typically do not spend all my time huddled in the corner with one or two best friends.
Because of my strengths, I sometimes engage outsiders or newcomers in small talk. Perhaps I sense when someone feels left out of a conversation. Maybe I hope to make a few new friends by involving people in certain activities. Once in a while, I comment favorably about the talents or accomplishments of specific individuals. To some degree, I want them to know they are worthy of the time and effort I invest in them.
Instinctively, I am lighthearted and cheerful. I feel elated when I can start a friendly exchange of ideas with someone I am meeting for the first time.
Driven by my talents, I periodically gamble on whether to engage outsiders and/or newcomers in conversation. If I take my chances and succeed, I may gain confidence. I become a bit more assertive when I have to make inquiries, give directions, or issue orders to some of my new acquaintances.
I may exhibit a genuine fondness for all types of people. Some newcomers and/or outsiders might intrigue I to such a degree that I start talking with them. Occasionally I am the person who puts them at ease with a smile, an encouraging word, or a compliment.
